Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome all customers in a friendly and inviting manner.
  • Arrive at work as scheduled, on time, well-groomed, and in appropriate attire.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into the POS System, ensuring all requests are fully captured.
  • Confirm the order with the customer before sending it to the kitchen.
  • Communicate any special requests or adjustments to kitchen staff via the POS System or verbally.
  • Identify and report customer issues or complaints to management.
  • Process returns and special transactions through the POS System.
  • Maintain the register station stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Keep the customer area clean and organized as needed.
  • Assist with cleaning the customer patio area if applicable.
  • Handle phone orders.
  • Notify management of any customer or POS System issues.
  • Consistently ensure a balanced cash drawer.
  • Have experience and knowledge of credit card processing machines.
  • Manage calculations involving a significant volume of cash transactions and separate checks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
