We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs.
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Please note that all Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times. Agency staff must complete their primary series of COVID vaccination in order to be considered for any assignment. State specific mandated boosters are required and must be completed when eligible. Once the assignment has started, agency staff must follow the normal testing protocol of each particular center.
