Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

CIFC Health's Women's Health Department is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather information to support patient assessment and care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, medical history, and symptoms.
  • Assist with physical exams and medical procedures as needed.
  • Provide education to patients and families on healthcare topics.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Current LPN license in the state of Connecticut.
  • Previous experience in pediatrics preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of medical terminology and nursing protocols.
  • Experience with electronic medical records required.
