Job Description

The Community Health Center of Franklin County, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including identifying substance abuse patterns, co-occurring disorders, and psychosocial factors.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based interventions and medication-assisted treatment (MAT).
  • Administer and monitor MAT medications, such as buprenorphine and naltrexone.
  • Provide counseling and support to patients, addressing their emotional and psychological needs.
  • Educate patients and their families about substance abuse, recovery, and prevention strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, social workers, and counselors, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Qualifications
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State]
