  • Experiencia con montacargas de asiento y transpaletas.
  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en liderazgo en operaciones de envío/almacenamiento.
  • Conocimiento en planificación, envío, gestión de almacenes y sistemas de inventario.
  • Habilidades básicas en computación.
  • Dominio de Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint y Outlook.
  • Preferencia por experiencia en la industria automotriz.
  • Conocimiento preferido de prácticas Lean o TPS.
  • Se prefiere bilingüismo en inglés/español.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación.
  • Disposición para recibir capacitación cruzada y trabajar horas extras.
  • Adherencia a la política de asistencia y puntualidad.
  • Horario de inicio flexible entre las 2:30 p.m. y las 5:00 p.m.
