Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage field service teams to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to field service staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field service management, preferably in the energy sector
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
