Job Overview:

The Director of Quality and Compliance is responsible for planning, directing, and implementing all aspects of the Regulatory compliance programs and assisting with the planning, directing, and implementing of the Quality program at RWJBarnabas Health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Regulatory compliance programs to ensure compliance with CMS, TJC, NJDOH, and OSHA regulations and standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate compliance risks and ensure effective implementation of compliance programs.

• Develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and healthcare professionals.

• Stay up-to-date with changing Regulatory requirements and ensure that the organization remains compliant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or a health-related field.

• Minimum five years of clinical, management, or related experience.

• Strong ability to organize, manage, coordinate, and communicate effectively.

• Familiarity with CMS, TJC, NJDOH, and OSHA regulations, standards, and requirements.

Scheduling Requirements:

• Shift working, 9:00—5:00 each day.

• Days to work.

• Full-time.
