We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hugh Chatham Memorial Hospital.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced medical surgical environment, providing direct and indirect care to patients and their families. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and hospital policies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and communication among colleagues.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing Program and current valid license to practice nursing in North Carolina.
- Current certification in CPR and ASLS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
