Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Partners to join our team. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing routine care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and be part of a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Assist with meal preparation, serving, and cleanup, as well as maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
  • Engage with residents through activities, conversations, and other forms of interaction, promoting socialization and a sense of community.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in senior care or a related field preferred.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and compassion.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents, as well as perform other physical demands of the role.
