Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a seasonal position. As a Registered Nurse at Foundations for Living, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
  • Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Current ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • 2 years of acute care experience.
