Transplant Cellular Therapy Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Transplant Cellular Therapy team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct patient care to patients undergoing stem cell transplants and hematologic disorders.
Responsibilities- Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on nursing process / outcomes for stem cell transplant and hematologic disorders patients.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families throughout the transplant process.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
- 1 year experience in an acute care hospital required.
- Experience in Stem Cell Transplant Therapy or Oncology preferred.
- Prior experience working within a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program is highly preferred.
