Registered Nurse Transplant Cellular Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA Florida North Florida Hospital. As a Registered Nurse Transplant Cellular Therapy, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to patients undergoing stem cell transplants and hematologic disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act, with emphasis on nursing process / outcomes for the Stem Cell Transplant and hematologic disorders patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on disease management and treatment options.
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
- 1 year experience in an acute care hospital required.
- Experience in Stem Cell Transplant Therapy or Oncology preferred.
- Prior experience working within a Transplant & Cellular Therapy (TCT) / Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) / Blood and Marrow transplant program is highly preferred.
- Florida RN License required or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN License required within 90 days of hire.
- BLS certification.
