Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated clinical faculty member to join our Breast Medical Oncology Program at the University of California, San Francisco. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding patient care, conducting clinical research, and contributing to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of patients with breast cancer
  • Conduct clinical research, including leading or participating in clinical trials, and developing research projects
  • Supervise and teach medical students, residents, and fellows who rotate through the Breast Medical Oncology clinic
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other cancer subspecialties and attend multidisciplinary tumor board conferences
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree and ABIM certification or eligibility in Medical Oncology
  • Commitment to patient care and a track record of clinical excellence
  • Experience in the treatment and management of patients with breast cancer
  • Desirable: a track record of breast cancer research (clinical, translational, and/or basic science)
