Customer Service Clerk

Ablaze Marketing is seeking a motivated and responsible Customer Service Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and other lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Ablaze Marketing remains competitive and innovative.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
