Burcham Hills is seeking a skilled Dietary Aide/Server to join our team. As a Dietary Aide/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring residents receive meals in a timely and friendly manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and welcome residents and guests upon arrival to the dining room, maintain a high level of customer service, and meet quality standards for our residents and their guests.
- Meal Service: Verify residents' dietary needs, take resident meal orders, assist with meal selection, and answer questions about menu items as needed.
- Food and Beverage Service: Provide requested beverages, food, supplements, and adaptive equipment to residents following dietary needs.
- Table Service: Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service, ensure residents are satisfied with meal served, and deliver and pick up room trays as needed.
- Experience: Experience waiting tables in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining preferred; will train.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English effectively to interpret and explain the menu, refer or answer questions, understand resident requests and resident dietary needs, as well as follow rules and safety requirements.
