Felton Institute is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Interventionist to join our team. As an Early Interventionist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality services to young children with special needs and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental needs and create individualized intervention plans
- Provide direct intervention services to children with special needs, including those on the Autism spectrum
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and support families
- Develop and maintain relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of Early Intervention
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with special needs and their families
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills
- Strong computer skills, including Excel and Microsoft Word
- Familiarity with Community Care Licensing and Title 5, Title 17 Regulations
- Experience working in an inclusion/early intervention program model preferred
- Competitive hourly rate ($29-$32 DOE)
