The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the warehouse operations, ensuring seamless logistics, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the receiving, storing, packing, and shipping of merchandise and materials, ensuring accurate inventory records and schedules.
- Coordinate the removal of construction waste and implement a recycling program, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Plan and schedule work activities, document best practices, and provide daily work direction to supplemental staff as needed.
- Negotiate best prices for stock items, submit purchase orders, and locate special/non-standard items.
- Maintain stock levels, monitor usage, and ensure tools and equipment are returned in safe condition.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
- MS Office computer skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to proactively manage inventory levels, with two years of warehouse experience.
We offer a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and profit sharing. Our profit-sharing target is $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments, tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
