Job Summary

Aramsco, a leading solutions provider to specialty contractors, is seeking a skilled Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory, customer service, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Coordinate and oversee the loading and manifesting of delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies regarding freight claims, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Update product maintenance locations on a daily basis, ensuring accurate tracking and management of inventory.
  • Accurately complete cycle counts on a daily basis, ensuring accurate inventory levels and management.
  • Inspect and process returns into the warehouse, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Review and respond to queues in a timely manner, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
  • Coordinate lunch and break schedules for warehouse workers, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff.
  • Reviews individual site performance for the month and year, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Facilitates team reviews, quality control/assurance and follow-up training, ensuring effective and efficient management of staff.
  • Provide a safe work environment which promotes productive, happy and dedicated employees.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a warehouse management supervisory or lead role.
  • College Degree, preferably Bachelor's Degree.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Trained material handler to operate lifting machinery such as Reach Trucks and Forklifts.
  • Experience with Cycle Counts and RF Scanner.
  • Ability to manage a staff of warehouse associates and drivers.
  • Competent with working on a computer; must be familiar with MS Suite.
  • Must be familiar with the data works systems and be able to input and retrieve data.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively through verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, effectively manage and accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task.
  • Good judgment, fast learner, able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to affect positive change by leading by example.
  • Capable of speaking and communicating well with customers and co-workers in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of routing common carriers and local company truck deliveries.
  • Good physical health is required.
  • Must be able to lift 75+ lbs on a frequent and repetitive basis.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
