Automation Technician

Solventum is seeking a skilled Automation Technician to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying facilities and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply fundamental technical skills to develop, improve, and implement manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures and techniques for safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant.
  • Analyze data/performance of existing equipment to determine proper maintenance plans, design changes, and improvements.
  • Maintain equipment parts inventory.
  • Work with supervisor to identify improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree or higher in an electrical/mechanical field
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or short notice shift coverage as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to stand and/or sit frequently
