About the Role

Tennessee Quality Care is seeking a skilled Patient Care Manager RN to join their team in a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the delivery of patient services and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to achieve program objectives.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of professional and paraprofessional staff providing direct patient services.
  • Implement and monitor a quality assurance program to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, adhering to licensing regulations, certification standards, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Plan and implement staff education programs to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current license to practice as a registered professional nurse.
  • Minimum five years' experience as a healthcare professional, including two years of supervisory experience in healthcare, homecare, or hospice.
  • Demonstrated administrative ability, including knowledge of healthcare policies and program responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
  • Current CPR Certification.
