  • Process Development: Establish and continuously improve processes to ensure excellent customer relations.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Onboarding: Assist with developing and implementing onboarding procedures for new customer accounts.
  • KPI Development: Create and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Internal Communication: Facilitate integrated communication between EFW Warehousing, LLC's various internal groups to ensure consistent and effective quality in work performance.
  • Security Compliance: Comply with company security procedures.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based, and job-specific software applications.
  • Customer Service: Ability to identify issues, requirements, and opportunities involved in customer service.

Education and Experience
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience in the transportation or warehousing industry required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, 2-5 years of experience preferred.
