Job Summary

The HVAC Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project scopes, analyzing blueprints, conducting material take-offs, and preparing cost estimates for HVAC installations. You will work closely with our team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate project scopes and develop accurate cost estimates for HVAC installations.
  • Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other project documents to identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.
  • Conduct material take-offs to determine the quantities and costs of HVAC components.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure accurate and timely bidding on projects.
  • Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, proposals, and bid information.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of HVAC estimating experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices.
