We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to join our team at StubHub. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping employee development and empowering our customer service team with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional fan experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps and areas for training development.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather, structure, and translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
  • Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, simulations, job aids, assessments, videos, and other resources, adhering to adult learning principles.
  • Manage and execute training projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and retention of training programs using a variety of metrics and recommend changes for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
  • Experience with communications, graphic design, and authoring tools.
  • Experience with adult learning principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Experience designing and developing training programs for customer service or call center environments is preferred.
