About the Job

This role involves working in an outpatient dialysis center where you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • At least 1 year of experience in nephrology or dialysis
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification preferred
