Job Description

The primary function of a Business Systems Analyst is to analyze and improve existing systems, processes, and procedures for Crox Consulting Inc. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for conducting system log monitoring, troubleshooting interface errors, and supporting eCom process improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders within SAP S4/HANA system.
  • Support eCom process improvement projects through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies.
  • Manage operational support and assist in new product launches, focusing on pricing setup, SKU setup, MAP registration, and SKU extensions.
  • Monitor all interfaces in and out from N-ERP to vendors, warehouse management systems, and samsung.com to ensure seamless integration and functionalities.
  • Conduct month/quarter/year end closing activities by supporting accounting and finance team on finding the root cause on any AR discrepancies, fixing issues with engineering team, and also performing deep dive analysis of order gaps.

Requirements:

  • At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP system.
  • Experience in process & SAP SD or FI/CO module management and business strategy.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven execution of new process and system improvement strategies, principles, and techniques.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams that gather information to identify improvement strategies by understanding the organization structure and effectively navigating to drive change management process and system.
  • Systems familiarity (ERP: SAP HANA, Postman, XML, Web Interface, Tableau).
  • Proven ability using Microsoft Office products to Expert/Advanced level.

Salary: $90,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
