Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare Accurate Financial Statements: The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, including month-end accruals, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: You will perform monthly compilation of billing entries, create client invoices, and process vendor payments.
  • Analyze Financial Data: The Senior Financial Analyst will analyze monthly receivables, follow up on past due invoices, and prepare account reconciliations with timely resolution of exceptions.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and perform research on accounting issues.
  • Provide Financial Support: Assist management in meeting day-to-day financial responsibilities and deliverables, as well as support the team on various administrative needs.
Technical Skills and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel and Access programs, intermediate-level experience with statistical analysis, and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Other benefits include opportunities for professional growth, a collaborative work environment, and recognition for outstanding performance.
