Advanced Practice Provider

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at AlignMed Partners in Silver Spring, MD. As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents
- Collaborate with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners' mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high-quality healthcare and everyday compassion
- Work collaboratively with other medical providers in the center to achieve center-specific goals and priorities
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program
- Licensed as a registered nurse
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and have a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- Minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population
- APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for each state in which they practice
- Comprehensive 90-day training program and continued support
