We offer both Full Time and Part Time positions with rotating weekends, as well as PRN opportunities requiring 2 weekend shifts and 1 weekday shift per month.

Daily Responsibilities:
As an LPN, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your role will involve collaborating with our healthcare team to implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs. You will also supervise and assess the performance of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), ensuring that care is provided in accordance with our high standards. Additionally, you will oversee programs aimed at preventing falls and pressure ulcers, actively working to mitigate these risks. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough evaluations of residents' medical conditions upon admission and throughout their treatment, documenting any changes, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Valid license to practice as an LPN
- Preferred experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation settings.
