Job Description
As a Goodyear Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. In this position, you will work closely with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions

Requirements
• Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles
• Valid driver's license and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $16.00 TO $20.00 /hr based on experience. As a valued member of our team, you may also be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, and paid time off.
