Consistent Freight and Predictable Lanes

We offer a high volume of freight with predictable power lanes, allowing you to maximize your drive time and minimize downtime. With our advanced dispatch system, you'll receive your assignments in advance, giving you time to plan your route and make the most of your time on the road.

95% No-Touch Freight

As a Schneider Regional Van Truckload truck driver, you'll haul 95% no-touch freight with dry van trailers. This means you'll spend more time driving and less time loading and unloading cargo.

Competitive Pay and Benefits

We offer competitive pay, including mileage pay, hourly pay while on duty, and weekly performance pay. Plus, you'll enjoy paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year. And with our annual bonus program, you can earn up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you'll need a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a HazMat endorsement. A passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL can also open up more opportunities for you. And, if you live within 75 miles of Sparks, NV, you'll be eligible for our company-paid CDL training programs.
