Stacey Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to lead our occupational medicine team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to workers who have sustained injuries or illnesses on the job.
Responsibilities- Practice occupational medicine and conduct patient interviews/evaluations
- Examine and assess patients' physical condition and problems
- Review X-rays and perform appropriate treatments and procedures
- Prescribe and administer pain medications
- Supervise and administer pain medications
- Keep and update patients' medical records
- Adhere to relevant orthopedic procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary medical team
- MD/DO degree
- DOT Certification
- Board Certification (BE/BC) preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in occupational medicine
- QME certification a plus
