Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in and receive resident updates at the beginning and end of your shift.
  • Address resident requests and needs with dignity and respect.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for residents.
  • Assist residents in preparing for various activities both inside and outside the facility.
  • Perform essential nursing care tasks for residents as needed.
  • Create a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Ensure timely and compassionate fulfillment of residents' food service requirements.
  • Adhere to established departmental, facility, and corporate policies and procedures, as well as safety and infection control standards.
  • Participate in scheduled training, educational sessions, and orientation programs to enhance the quality of care.
  • Carry out other related tasks as assigned or requested.
