District Medical Group is a leading multi-specialty faculty practice group seeking an experienced Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at Valleywise Behavioral Health Center in Mesa, Arizona.
This is a full-time, 9-10 patient caseload position with an average length of stay of 22 days. As an Inpatient Psychiatrist, you will work closely with hospitalized, seriously mentally ill patients, providing comprehensive care and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing medical direction and oversight to the inpatient psychiatric program
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Participating in resident and medical student education
We offer a competitive compensation package, including four weeks of paid time off, one week of CME, and a generous annual CME allowance of $4,000.
Candidates must be Board certified or in the process of Board certification and possess an Arizona medical license prior to beginning employment.
