Hospitalist Psychiatrist

Job Summary

District Medical Group, Inc., a prominent multi-specialty faculty practice group seeks an experienced Attending Psychiatrist for our adult inpatient program at Valleywise Behavioral Health Center in Arizona. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working with hospitalized patients suffering from serious mental illnesses.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with all benefits including paid time off, CME allowance, paid holidays, retirement plan, and employer-paid malpractice coverage. As an Attending Psychiatrist, you will manage a caseload of 9-10 patients with an average length of stay of 22 days, mostly involuntary admissions.

Requirements

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $250,000-$300,000 based on national averages for psychiatrists in Arizona.
