Job Description

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Team Member to join our Papa John's team in North Hills, PA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality products and excellent presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Collaborate with team members during peak hours, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Displays strong time management and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Previous experience working in food service is preferred, but not required.
  • Emphasizes the importance of putting the guest first, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
