A strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and meticulous attention to detail are essential. As a service advisor, you will be expected to stay updated on the latest customer service practices and proactively address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:- Valid Driver's License.
- Proficiency in computer systems; experience with Ford Smart and tablet-based ticketing is preferred.
