We are seeking an experienced RN Clinical Director to join our team at Favorite Healthcare Staffing. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical operations of our hospice company and managing a team of up to 20 employees.
Key Responsibilities- Direct the team to meet goals and objectives, supporting the nursing process through planning, organizing, and directing nursing care activities.
- Select, discipline, and evaluate those providing nursing care, allocating and managing personnel and material resources within the team, with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager and other members of management to ensure 24-hour accountability for quality, continuity, and economy of nursing care.
- At least 2 years of hospice experience.
- Associate's degree in nursing; BSN is preferred.
- Active and clean Illinois Registered Nurse license.
- Must have a valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
