- Supervise Home Health Aides to ensure quality care delivery.
- Engage in performance improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent hospital experience in areas such as OB/GYN, Pediatrics, MICU, CCU, or equivalent, or 1 year of community health experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of nursing practices with the ability to apply specialized skills in a home health environment.

Work Environment:
This full-time position operates primarily during the first shift, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Additional Benefits:
- Eligible for a sign-on bonus of $5,000 for new full-time RNs.
