Parking Lot Attendant

ASM Global, a leading provider of public assembly facilities, is seeking a Parking Lot Attendant to join our team at the Wildwoods Convention Center. This role is responsible for collecting parking fees from patrons and maintaining accurate records of transactions.

• Provide accurate change to customers and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Direct and assist patrons, ensuring a smooth and efficient parking experience.
• Monitor parking sales, process cash receipts and tickets through established internal control procedures.
• Remove vehicle spills, leaks, and trash from the lot surface, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Monitor and report activity on all parking facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep of parking equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service background or equivalent work experience.
• Working knowledge of parking operations and cash handling procedures.

• Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with the public and professionally handle confrontational situations.
• Ability to work flexible and irregular hours, including weekends and nights.
