As a member of the Breeze Thru family, you will play a vital role in enhancing our expanding business by engaging in various responsibilities. This position encompasses both Food Service and Store Team Member roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Service Team Member Duties:

  • Efficiently operating the cash register while maintaining a fun atmosphere
  • Preparing food items and products
  • Providing excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor and engaging conversations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen/deli area
  • Ensuring coolers, shelves, counters, and displays are well-stocked for customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the Food Service Assistant Manager and Food Service Manager to navigate various tasks

Store Team Member Duties:

  • Operating the cash register in an engaging and efficient manner
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile and prompt assistance
  • Maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store
  • Keeping coolers, shelves, counters, and displays stocked for customer convenience
  • Working alongside the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager to manage diverse responsibilities

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for serving people
  • Ability to stand, bend, or crouch for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
  • Capable of lifting and moving up to fifty (50) pounds
  • Strong communication skills in English

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

No prior experience is necessary for this position. However, previous experience in food service and customer service is preferred. Our Food Service Team Members prioritize customer satisfaction, are self-motivated, adept at multitasking, and work collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
