Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble machine components using electrical schematics and drawings.
  • Wire sub panels, mount panels, and connect components to panels, ensuring accurate and efficient assembly.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting as needed to ensure the quality of the assembled components.
  • Use the Made2Manage (M2M) and traveler systems for job tracking and documentation.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures when handling equipment and materials.
  • Set parameters for components like temperature controllers and inverters, ensuring optimal performance.
Additional Duties:
  • Assist with facility maintenance as needed, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Electrical Assembly Lead or management.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with three years of experience as an Electrical Assembler II or equivalent technical education and experience.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools, as well as the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a professional demeanor and adherence to company policies.
  • Organized, reliable, punctual, adaptable, and flexible, with a strong work ethic.
