About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal HVAC Engineer to join our team in Dubai. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC projects from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and construction stages of HVAC projects
  • Manage a small team of engineers and technicians
  • Deliver projects to agreed deadlines and fees
  • Control project costs and ensure quality
  • Present to clients and stakeholders
  • Construct project teams from internal and external resources
  • Plan projects and resources to achieve 90% chargeable time
  • Ensure QA/QC is undertaken and signed off
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in HVAC engineering
  • Proven track record as a Project Engineer
  • Ability to represent the practice at project level
  • Strong problem-solving and team-working skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
