Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of various equipment including motors, pumps, conveyors, and packaging machinery.
- Request necessary tools, equipment, and supplies for maintenance tasks.
- Review completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Analyze production schedules to estimate labor requirements for job completion.
- Adjust work procedures to align with production timelines.
- Communicate company policies to team members and enforce safety regulations.
- Propose improvements in working conditions and equipment usage to enhance efficiency.
- Resolve work-related issues and assist team members in problem-solving.
- Encourage and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
- Collaborate with other supervisors to synchronize departmental activities.
- Maintain accurate records in the preventive maintenance system.
- Advise on inventory management for maintenance parts.
- Exhibit flexibility in work schedule, including weekends as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain professional interactions with all stakeholders.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure regular and punctual attendance.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in writing reports and business correspondence; capable of presenting information effectively.
- Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate rates and interpret data.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and software such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and ladder logic is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- At least two years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or a related field.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
