A Production Assembler position is currently available at MITER Brands. In this role, you will be responsible for executing assigned tasks in the assembly of windows and patio doors throughout various stages of production. Meeting departmental manufacturing objectives while ensuring safety, precision, and efficiency is essential to your success in this position.

Compensation: $20 per hour

Work Schedule: 5:00 AM - 1:45 PM with mandatory overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the assembly and construction processes, adhering to established work instructions for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prioritize quality and timely completion of tasks to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Exemplify MITER Brands' core values in all professional interactions.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse settings.
  • Mechanical skills, including the ability to interpret measurements accurately.
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform operations with fractions and whole numbers.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
