Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team at Envipco. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative electrical systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Development: Develop and enhance Electro-Mechanical systems, creating electrical designs and specifications that meet our high standards.
  • Product Development: Prepare and maintain Envipco products for agency approvals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Actively cooperate with experts from different departments, both internally and externally, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of weakness in the production line or finished products and make recommendations for improvements, providing input for process development.
  • Engineering Support: Provide engineering design support in collaboration with other teams to help resolve manufacturing challenges.
  • Knowledge Management: Actively maintain knowledge of new technologies, methods, and techniques, and share this knowledge with colleagues.
  • Mentorship and Training: Mentor, teach, and share knowledge with future early career Engineers, helping to develop the next generation of electrical engineers.
