Logistics Assistant

Overview

Tolomatic is a leading supplier of electrical linear actuators and electric linear motion control and pneumatic actuators and cylinders. We are seeking a Shipper to package and ship orders consistent with customer requirements and company policies and procedures.

About the Role

The Shipper will be responsible for handling a variety of tasks including receiving, packaging, and shipping orders. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected company in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Package and ship orders according to customer requirements and company policies
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent
• Shipping experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required
• Intermediate PC skills with the ability to navigate from one screen to another
• Microsoft Office - Word and Excel knowledge
• Ability to work accurately with numbers and instructions
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
