Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Technician. This role involves working closely with the Quality Control Manager to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. The technician will conduct thorough inspections using a variety of measurement tools and perform compliance audits to uphold our quality assurance protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze manufacturing specifications and apply relevant procedures and standards to guarantee product conformity.
  • Communicate with production teams regarding any non-compliant products and provide training on inspection and testing methods.
  • Document and monitor quality discrepancies, ensuring proper handling and isolation of nonconforming materials.
  • Engage in root cause analysis to identify and rectify quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and reports, both in physical and digital formats.
  • Conduct re-evaluations of rejected materials within the production or storage areas.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a related field is advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools such as tape measures and laser levels is preferred.

  • Complete all necessary training within the initial months.
