We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Surgical team on a PRN basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
- Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in the state.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification, or BCLS Instructor certification within 30 days of employment start date.
- Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma.
