Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of maintenance personnel, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our residential properties, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the efficient and effective maintenance of our properties.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties.
  • Inspect properties and common areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and complete maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage and maintain inventory of parts and supplies to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their maintenance requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in residential property management.
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; industry certification or designation preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with FPI's facial hair policy.
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and property management-related software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction.
  • Industry certification or designation (CAMT, NAHMS, NAHMT).
  • Proficient in Google Drive, Google Mail, and internet use.
