Day Program Supervisor

Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Day Program Supervisor to join our team at Sevita.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of a day program providing services to individuals with diverse needs.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, individuals, parents/guardians, and team members to ensure appropriate services and supports are provided.
  • Coordinate day program activities consistent with personal support/habilitation plans.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training for day program personnel.
  • Maintain a safe environment at the day program and ensure compliance with state and private certification and licensing agencies.
  • Coordinate transportation for medical appointments and ensure that all vehicles have proper documentation and regular maintenance.
  • Implement safety and fire procedures according to regulations and standards.
  • Manage monthly budgets, payroll documentation, and supplies for the day program.
  • Serve on committees as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in the Human Services field.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Must maintain a current valid driver's license and all required certifications and tests.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to establish trust and rapport, and strong attention to detail.
